Q: Is this fire/flame retardant?

No. It's cotton and nylon. I set my lighter to the back side to test it, just for you, and it caught right away. So don't light them on fire.

Q: what material is it made of

It's considered premium saddle blanket material because it is soft. My wife loves the set and is considering purchasing the back seat cover to match.

Q: Is this seat cover one or two pieces?

One piece per seat. I enjoy them. They are wearing well.

Q: Will it accommodate an armrest that is attached to the interior aspect of the seat? We have a Saturn Vue

The seat covers fit bucket seats on a Ford F150 2013 model. They are very nice. I have no idea about seat covers for any other model. kenbutterworth@yahoo.com.
