Great product but packaging was iffy
The coffee machine works well! I used one similar in my suite on a cruise and was hooked. The coffee pods that came with it were a mess though. The boxes were broken open and many of the pods were ruined. I did get a replacement sent that was packaged a little better. I would otherwise give this product 5 stars

2 boxes of coffee capsules are included that make a great shot of Espresso or a long shot of Lungo. The machine is very easy to set up and use. It has a streamlined footprint so it doesn't take up much space. I highly recommend it!

Very pleased, the packaging was a bit excessive, but it was well-protected. I love the ability to make a quick espresso or short.

A great machine but … Did you know that Lavazza machines work only with specific pods This one needs different pods facing in the other direction They want you to buy Lavazza pods 😟 I returned it
