I tried it twice . Didn't like the flavor, and it didn't help my arthritis!

This is a flowery, grassy tea with a mild relaxation or pain relief (I say mild because I live in constant pain, but it is a mild help). Mostly I like a cup or two in the afternoon, mixed with some scullcap herb.

I have interstitial cystitis so I got this in hopes of some relief. With daily use, I have noticed some minimal improvement. I do have an increased urine output which must be a side effect of the increased kidney health. As a result of that, it helps a ton with water retention/bloating. It's got a very mild taste kind reminiscent of a white green tea (when I could still have caffeine! Lol). It is a loose tea obviously so I recommend getting some tea bags a prepping them enough for a week or so that you are more likely to use it daily. Daily use of herbal remedies is always your best bet if you expect to get any results

I’ve been buying this tea for my grandmother for a few years. She’s in her mid 80s and has had arthritis for as long as I can remember. SHE. LOVES. THIS. TEA!!!! She said she sleeps well, is moving better, and she enjoys the time she gets to sit and sip her tea. Never stop making this!
