Thank goodness for these ladies padded pants. My 95 year old Mum has problems with incontinence, and after getting her to try out different options, the Serena pants are the best, mainly because of the comfort, and no leak factors.

As someone who has worked in care and now purchases these regularly for my mum I can honestly say these are the best incontinence pants I have come across. They aren't the cheapest brand but the absorbency is so much better so they need changing less. They don't leak. My mum finds them easy to put on herself unlike the liner pads and she finds them comfortable. The sizing is accurate as well. If its something used regularly by yourself or a loved one this bulk buy is a really good deal and they are always delivered quickly. I can't recommend enough

Ma fille de 5 ans a de gros soucis de santé et la nuit il arrive que je dois la changer jusqu’à 6 fois, et à chaque fois elle est trempée donc faut changer le pyjama les draps etc. Elle mesure 92cm pour 13kg, ces couches sont bien adaptées à sa taille même s’il y a encore de la marge (elle peut grandir et grossir encore avant d’être trop serrée), et cette nuit 10h au sec avec une seule de ces protections. Soulagée d’avoir trouvé une protection à sa taille qui lui permet de dormir tranquillement.

Je n'ai reçu que un paquet sur 2 pour les langes tena. Le livreur m'a bien dit que le second paquet allait suivre par un autre camion. Il m'a dit que je signais pour un seul.
