Very happy with the LCD fans. With Lian Li's L-Connect 3 software, you can post pictures, videos, sensor output, and animations to the LCDs. The installation was fairly easy too, you just need power and either internal or external USB connections. The fans snap together, so no other wiring between them. And they are quiet when running.

Same performance as non wireless with the added benefit of much less CPU utilization for running sensors, also not having a controller and plugging the fans directly to the Lian Li Edge PSU goes a long way into better cable management

I bought this Lian Li fan from the seller called PhantomPCs and everything was perfect! Product was perfect and the customer support was amazing. I had several questions along the way and their message support was absolutely fantastic. They really took care of me. If you have a choice in the seller you choose, I highly recommend them.

I use this as my rear exhaust fan in a Hyte Y70 case. It obviously does require a USB header, I have mine plugged into the Lian Li Edge Hub and works fine. It does require a bit more power, I use a PWM and a SATA power adapter. Airflow is excellent and with all UNI fans it's beautiful to look at and highly custmizable. Installation was simple with the included cables. If you want wireless functionality you will need the dongle. If you have free PWM headers wireless isn't required, imo.

I will never buy any lian li product again, I’ve already had two bearings go out in less than a year. A friend of mine also had a bearing go out in less than six months, the RMA process is just enough of a pain that I will just start replacing them with Corsair fans. It’s a bummer cause nobody can deny how cool they are. On top of the bearing issues, the software sucks, I finally got it to a point that I’m just afraid to touch the software anymore, if the fan ramps up too quickly all the fans disconnect which turns out is a recall but I had to find that in a random Reddit post where I was able to get them to send me the new wire harnesses for free but I haven’t pulled the pc down to try them yet. All around I would personally just recommend any other brand.

im using just one, and the quality of everything is great. it has good lighting settings when paired with its software, its quiet, and well made.

The product is good, but make sure you check the fans as soon as they come. I ordered a bunch of parts and components for my pc build, waiting till the weekend to start, weekend comes and I start building. Come to find out while building, the single regular blade Lian li TL lcd wireless fan used, missing the L wireless receiver, and the wrong fan all together. I knew I was used because the plastic was removed from the lcd screen and the screw hole had already been screwed through. I would’ve just used the receiver from the triple pack I purchased to make it work but again the fan wasn’t the right model. Super annoying/inconvenient because I had to build the rest of the pc and wait for the replacement fan to come in 2 days later. Again, the product is good, my other fans work great and look awesome, but whatever seller shipped this really dropped the ball. The pictures are of my completed pc without the rear exhaust fan (still need to install the replacement today hopefully) and of the product I received initially.

Disappointed because wireless connector was damaged

When they work, they look great. Problem is that they rarely work. The application is soooo buggy and, I wish I had done some research on these before buying as it's common knowledge. The software loves to lock up. The only way to start it again is to task-manager kill it, but then when you go back in cannot find the controller. I truly wish i'd never bothered. Do yourself a favour, and don't.
