Great Pre-Workout for Late Afternoon Lifts
I have not taken any pre-workout supplements in years because I generally get to the gym pretty late (6-7pm) and most products I've tried are just too intense. Recently, I was introduced to R1 Pre Amino and finally found something that works for me. One scoop 30 minutes before I head to the gym and I have a ton of energy to get through a 60-90 minute lift. Most importantly, I can sleep at night! Great product. Great flavors. Highly recommended if you're looking for an energy boost without the common negative side effects!

Very small container, half full.. high price
VERY SMALL container for such a price and ONLY HALF is full!! It will serve 9-10 servings ( the most) for me , and Iām talking about regular volume of drink..will not spend money on this anymore.. will but from store. TASTE IS GOOD though! So it will be a three stars.
