GSI Outdoors 74126 Collapsible Whisk

These worked good but not great. It takes a while to get eggs mixed up because the tines are in a straight line instead of a circle but they do work and are lightweight for backpacking.

Great little add-on tho the camp kitchen kit. The prongs are sturdy enough for scrambled eggs or pancake batter - probably even more. It worked great to stir food in the Teflon pan - no fear of scratching the surface. Cleans easily and the prongs retract into the handle for compact storage and to protect the prongs.Only concern is if it gets dirty inside the handle. I guess a good dunking ever now and then will calm that fear.Otherwise, well done GSI!

Part of out kitchen kit now. Makes for excelent omelettes and pancakes. Yes you can still mix with a fork but let's face it. This is way cooler ;)

AWESOME WHISK!! I like it so much and worked so well that I bought another to use at home. Very sturdy and is plenty capable for missing eggs, pancake batter and even thicker, more sturban liquids/mixes, plus it doesn't scratch your pan and the whisk is protected from the elements as it closes into the frame.

This is a fun camping item. it works for scrambled eggs and pancake batter. Have only used it for small amounts of liquid.
