I'm about a fortnight or so into using it. While I still am waking at night, it's for much shorter periods and the quality of my sleep seems to be much deeper. The only downside I'm finding is that I'm waking up in the mornings feeling groggy with tiredness, which wasn't happening before even though I was having much less sleep. Otherwise this is much easier and more enjoyable to take than magnesium tablets and it tastes good. (Though very sweet! I have mine very diluted!)
