Review: Felt I need to update this review. The original device had an issue but the company contacted me and sent me a free replacement probe. All I really wanted was to be able to purchase a replacement but they quickly sent a replacement and everything has been working flawlessly since. I am upgrading this review to 5 stars. I always try to be honest with my reviews, and sometimes a seller is combative and tries to blame me... This seller is outstanding and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I can say I am very happy now. Thanks. The first month this was a FIVE star product. The second month this was a 4 star product. This is the third month and it is barely a two star product. I ordered the two probe TempSpike and it seemed to be awesome... Then the second month the battery would completely drain when it wasn't used and it would take 24 hours to charge when previously it would charge overnight. Now on the third month the white probe will not connect to the booster/charger. The first time it happened I was eventually able to connect it after removing and reinserting at least 30 times. It then stopped showing the temp and charged. Today, it will not connect, so it won't charge. Randomly it will act like it is connected when not fully inserted and then it will start showing the temp again and not charge. The black probe is fine, I put in on the booster/charger, it stops displaying the temp and starts charging. It is fine. The white probe will not. And yes I did try putting the white probe in both slots; with and without the black probe inserted. It has stopped working completely in just 90 days.

**Q: Will the booster and my phone alert to notify me at the same time? If so, how to turn it off?**
A: Small lag between booster and phone. Tap 'S' button to silence on the booster. In the app tap off.

**Q: Can I see temperature in Celcius grades (instead of F ) ?**
A: I don’t see anywhere that allows you to switch to C.

**Q: Does it matter if I put the black and white probe at the different side everytime?**
A: No, it doesn't matter! You can put the two probes into the Booster at will, the probes’ readings will not be confused.

**Q: I'm looking for a total of 4 probes. If I get two sets of probes will i have a problem with the app and reading 4 probes???**
A: Not at all. You can add more than one set and they show up individually in the app. Tried to upload a picture but it only takes video

Nach einigen Fehlkäufen bei anderen Anbietern - bei denen die Software selten funktionierte - bin ich bei ThermoPro gelandet. Ich verwende zur Zeit vier Sensoren z.T. gleichzeitig und bin mit der Handhabung außerordentlich zufrieden. Leider ist ein Sensor nun doch mal ausgefallen. Beim Customer Service das Problem kurz geschildert und um einen Ersatzsensor gebeten. ThermoPro scheint ein eher kleines, nordamerikanisches Unternehmen zu sein, das sehr um Kundenzufriedenheit bemüht ist. Brandon, der Customer Service Representative hat sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt und mir in kürzester Zeit ein komplett neues Twin ThermoPro Set (mit 2 Sensoren) geschickt. Das ist 1a Kundenservice! Was mich ein wenig stört, ist der Durchmesser des Sensors, da er schon ein relativ großes Loch im Fleisch hinterlässt. Da wünsche ich mir ein etwas kleineren Durchmesser. Okay, das ist rein kosmetisch, nicht wirklich schlimm. Dafür hat man aber keinerlei Probleme mit irgendwelchen Kabeln, die sich verheddern oder sogar verbrennen. Die Reinigung der Sensoren ist ebenfalls sehr schnell und einfach erledigt. Also tolles Gerät, toller Service. Ich bin begeistert!
