Disgusting product
Worst product. Don’t buy it. You will not be able to open the refill cap only. I don’t know what they are trying to do. I bought 3 refill bottles and none of them opened. I even had to break one of the caps to check. But ridiculous product.

Not recommended buy simple stuff for such needs
thrown bottle in garbage there is child lock on bottle which should unlock on pressing down and rotating anticlockwise along with that. But this one is stucked. Poor manufacturing of bottle. Customer care of air wick was not helpful at all got cut on my hand too. Thrown both machine and this bottle in garbage and living a peaceful life now.
