The finest of Soy Sauces
This is a great soya sauce, originally I would only look at Kikkomans but now this is my go to. Please watch out for the price, they should retail at £1.75. This is the price any local Chinese supermarket (there are a lot around with a quick internet search!), only pay more if you don’t care or don’t have access to somewhere local. Also this is advertised as coming in a yellow bottle but actually delivers as a silver one. The product is a must buy though!

First time trying light soy sauce, this is a game changer for fried rice and making jerky marinades.

This is the best light soy sauce I have ever used. So glad that we found it. Our fried rice is now one of our favorite meals because we made this one change and bought this sauce and used it. We impressed ourselves with how good it turned out. If you plan to make fried rice or something like that, definitely choose this Light Soy Sauce. You won't be sorry.

As always, salt needs extra attention in any dish where soy sauce is used, but this brand really is low-sodium compared to K or LKK. LKK and this one are comparable in terms of richness of flavour, but where LKK has a bolder edge, if you know what I mean, PRB is more refined, less in-your-face, highly adaptable for any number of experiments. And yes, I got it at 500 ml. for ₹250. I wasn't expecting anything different because I'd known the prices for imported soy sauces by then. Rather mind-blowing in quality at this price, frankly. The benefits of buying the authentic good stuff. LKK is also very, very good. But if you're willing to spend a little differently, I'd suggest PRB.
