I did find that you cant just slide the blade across the cake as they are quite thin. You have to use a slight sawing motion. But all in all, worked quite well **Q: Will this work on an Angel Food Cake?** A: Thank you for your question. This cake saw is design for cut cake evenly, and smothly.
