I used it for over a year and never really got used to it. It keeps moving left and right. Hard to sit at the centre, sometimes you're tilting more to the left or more to the right. Difficult to maintain a posture. It's a gimmick, I won't recommend it if you're looking to use it on your office chair. A place rectangular cushion with no cuts would be a better choice.
