It is a nice little portable DVD player. The picture quality is very good to install it. It only takes a couple minutes amounting it is very easy it’s compatible with DVD and Blu-ray. I would recommend it.

This DVD player has been fantastic. We've owned it for almost a year now and it hasn't skipped a beat. The battery life is pretty good for its size, gives a great picture and decent sound. The price is hard to beat, and it just works. Again it's been almost 1 year and it hasn't let us down not once. If I could give 1 gripe it's that the display doesn't quite get dark enough in our opinion. If we watch a movie on it at night it can be quite too bright even on the dimmest setting. But other than that it charges fast, includes both a 120AC charger for home and a 12v charger for the car, also includes a car head rest case so you can mount it on the back of a cars seat head rest for say a child to watch. I’ve had this for several months now. I’ve used it countless times now and will say over all it’s a good product. It’s easy to use and lightweight. The battery life is actually really good. My only issue with it is that in order to pause the movie you have to use the remote. I’ve read the manual once or twice and never found anyway to pause without it, but I could’ve missed or misunderstood, but apart from that. Good product.

Perfect little portable DVD player! Fairly durable considering the many times my toddler has dropped it and the remote is a nice plus! Especially for in the car and needing to control from the front seat on longer road trips. The screen is plenty big for what we need and the controls are easy to use. Will 10/10 order another should we ever need to.

I love my portable dvd player so so much. There’s something so awesome about the vibes this thing comes with. The picture and audio quality is good. Comes with a remote and some controls on the player itself. It’s also pretty light and compact and it comes with a holder for car rides so I’m excited to try that out on future trips. The only issue I’ve run into with it is that for the most part if I want to switch what I’m watching I have to take the previous disc out, turn the player off, and then turn it on to load the new disc in. I haven’t found an alternative or fix to that yet. Otherwise it’s completely reliable with playing discs with no glitching or damaging. I have no regrets with this purchase

UPDATE: Upping my rating to 5 stars for the customer service as well as the product which now works like a gem! I don't know what I did to get it playing, but I can now watch my favorite DVDs any time, any where. The charge lasts an incredible length of time, and the size is so compact, it is easy to carry it anywhere. I am very happy with this product. I had the hardest time with this thing. I have not owned a portable disc player for several years but had no problem with them when I did, so I thought this one would be fairly straightforward- especially considering the involvement of children entertaining themselves with it in the back seat of a car. The item receives top marks for packaging, with multiple layers of cushioning, and it arrives with everything one could conceivably need for full functionality, including AV cables, a 12-volt plug for cigarette lighter, and a snazzy holder with straps to install on the back of a front car seat for back seat viewing -- as well as a remote. The instruction manual has way too many pages of tiny print and inadequate diagrams of what is to be found where. Too many black on black buttons on the device, and too many buttons on the remote which does not include everything I expected from a remote and which every other remote for any other device I have does have: such as start/stop and rewind. So much of getting this device out of its packaging to actually watching a DVD is difficult to understand and less intuitive than it could be. When I finally got it working, I stopped midway through a DVD I was watching, and put in a different one. The second video started midway through -- apparently at the point at which I took the first one out. I found that annoying -- although I admit I don't have that much experience watching DVDs on a portable player, so that could just be the way they are alls supposed to work. But I don't care for it. Another DVD I put in, the machine, for some reason, interpreted as having been split into several different segments; It stopped after the first segment, and I have yet to figure out how to tell it to play the whole doggone disc at once. All in all I am not at all fond of this item, but as I have got it working somewhat satisfactorily, I suppose I will keep it. I am taking off two stars for my aggravation and general discontentment with the item. To be fair, however, it seems to be very well constructed. The lid not only swivels fully around in either direction, but the whole device can be folded in half backward to so it can be fitted into the car seat holder for back seat viewing. Maybe all of them do this, or this one is unique in this feature, but even though I will never use it in that manner, I thought it was clever. Now, if only the buttons on the remote and the instruction booklet were simplified ....

Update on June 2019: Rating has been downgraded from 5 to 3 stars, here's why: The unit broke again in less than 18 months... based on life alone, and just like I did in my original review (below), I would have NOT downgraded because, in all honesty, the use I put this through was tough. It withstand moderate to heavy use quite well, considering the price. However, the controls in the new unit are flimsy from day one (waaaay more than the older version). The range of the remote is super limited, and the speakers suck. So in all honesty, it doesn't deserve 5 stars for quality. It needs improvement to make it all the way to 5. Another reason for me to downgrade to 3 stars is because I learned this seller is overpricing the item. You can get the exact same thing from other sellers, here on Amazon. Price is a big factor for me, so with reasonable pricing, I'm willing to buy another unit even if it is not the best quality. I just got my third unit from Spacekey , and I'm not being paid to compare. I'm genuine in my feedback. *Original Feedback I have bought this product twice: In October 2016, and in December 2017. Here's an updated feedback based on both purchases: After more than a year of taking heavy wear, such as countless falls and the like, my old DBPOWER that I bought in 2016 is no longer working properly. In all honesty, had I bought the extended warranty offered by Amazon, it probably could have been fixed. I still rate this product as excellent and a good value, so I bought the exact same product without thinking about it twice. I have never had an electronic gadget taking so much falls and still working like nothing happened (screen in good shape all the time).... so 14 months of heavy use is reasonable, to me. The new unit that I bought in December 2017, features some updates in its interface. The device itself seems to be slightly thicker in its dimensions, but it still fits my old DVD holder, so that works. There are a few other modifications in some of the accessories, but the overall quality seems to be as good as the previous version, so I am a happy camper. This time I bought the extended warranty offered by Amazon because we are tough users. All in all: I am really impressed with this unit. It can even play partially scratched discs other DVD players failed to recognize, so I really value that!

Havent let the kids use it yet but we got this for them to watch something while we're on our road trips. The quality of the picture is actually really nice considering the price but I am a bit let down by the volume. I dont think this is going to be loud enough for my 2 kids during the drive. But it seems sturdy enough. Another thing is the glare is gonna be a bit annoying but we have tinted windows so im not too worried about that... for the price id definitely recommend this product. Just wish it was louder

It's very flimsy. The screen seams to pulse and depending on where you sit the screen seems very faint unless you are directly infront of it (aka.. 1 viewer instead of 2 people). Sound is very faint. I guess for how cheap it is.. I shouldn't expect much. I have an older digitech that it's much better quality and sound but unfortunately they don't make replacement batteries. I may send this back. Going to give it another day and see how long the battery lasts as ot took almost 9 hours to charge it before first use. It would be appreciated if there was a monitor to indicate how much battery was left. It also took A LONG tone to charge. About the nice thing. Seller is fast at shipping and dvd player came in 2 days. Seller is good. Product seems cheap.
