Unfortunately for me, this product now causes nighttime leg/ foot cramps. (I've gone on and off of the supplement 8 times, and each time the cramps stop when I stop taking it, and start when I start taking it again). This is likely not the fault of the supplement and rather something to do with my own chemistry, but since I did see one other review that mentioned getting leg cramps so I thought I would post my experience. I eat a very high-quality, organic, balanced diet, and am super healthy otherwise, so it's possible that I already have sufficient mineral levels in my body and taking this just overflows the proverbial bucket.
