Never thought i wud be writing a negative review on amazon but the kind of pathetic service amazon has given forced me to write this. I ordered the realme 9 pro + and when i received the product i found the charger not fast charging. Amazon told me to take it to realme service centre. I had to go 15 km to the nearest authorised service centre where they told rhis charger doesnt belong to this phone. There has been a mistake in packing and u have to contact amazon. I contacted amazon they scheduled a technician visit. Now their so called 'techinician' didnt even vist he just called me over phone installed an app (a really scam app) by the name minspect. The app showed my phone was working fine. I told him this app cannot detect my charger so how does my problem gets fixed. He said he will write down in the report that charger is not working and amazon will call u in the evening. Nobody called me in the evening, i called amazon customer executive. To my surprise the technician had given the report that phone is absolutely fine. I complained that this is not true my charger is not working. A 2nd techinician then visited me pgysically the next day. He also did the same thing by installing minspiect app. Amazon shud literally fire all thei techinicians because all they know is to install that scam app. After this again i called amazon, again they said ur techinician has given ok report. I told them why cant u understand that this charger is faulty and needs to be changed. After multiple discussions with multiple executives they told me to go to realme service centre and get a written document from them stating the charger is faulty. I literally shouted at them that why u guys are now shifting blame. Realme will surely not give anything in written because this is totally amazon's responsibility. Then again the executive connected the call to his senior I explained him the situation post which after some time he agreed for return and refund for the mobile. This pathetic ordeal almost took my entire week.

Phone is good but it's display size is small and it has slight hitting issue as compared to other realme phones

Overall a great phone, just a little heating issue while playing heavy games. But the camera experience is the best.

It's been 2 weeks since i got this phone and it meets all the expectations.

This phone has serious bug that fails its RAM management.Out of 6 Gb any time you'll see only maximum 2gb free. Out of 8 gb, only 3 gb free. Which is not even 50%.The effect is that, phone hangs now and then. If you open YouTube and wanted to visit another app like browser, your YouTube will get refreshed.This was an issue from the last update in UI3... and now with the UI4, its even worse. Before you buy this go through realme forum, and see for yourself fhe flood of complaints about RAM.
