I purchased two of these; one white, one black. They both arrived in nice packaging, along with charger cords. The headphones are heavyweight and feel like quality and the sound is excellent. The bluetooth paired up nice and quickly. The only oddity is that there is a giggle sound effect that plays when you turn them on and off which might be a bit strange for some. I accept it as part of the package of having a decent quality BT headset for the kids.

I was disappointed with the bass level coming from the speakers. The 3 EQ settings did nothing to improve it from one setting to the next.

So the reviews had me second guessing buying these. Im so glad I did. Maybe I'm lucky but they sound just as good as some of my 100 dollar pairs I'm not just blowing smoke. Im amazed with these guys. Very happy. The mids and highs are there and really good separation of instruments. The bass isn't head rattling but perfect for me. I can listen long term and not feel fatigue.

Arrived with loose screws that wont tighten. App doesnt register the headphones, and overall dissatisfied with black shark support for failure to respond to contact.

Muy buen producto solo un detalle en por segundos se pierde la conexión con celular al escuchar musica, si elemina el rudo externo incluso sin activar el ANC

Le ho acquistate prevalentemente per televisore LG in bluetooth e non per giocare, a meno di 13 euro. Comandi intuitivi (c'è un foglietto istruzioni): con la mano destra si raggiungono il volume, l'accensione/muto e il cambio di modalità fra standard, annullamento rumore e trasparenza, oltre a "game mode" e "music mode" con una vocina da bambina anime che conferma in inglese le scelte effettuate. Possibile anche il collegamento via jack, con cavo incluso in confezione. Si possono allargare a sufficienza e visivamente risultano molto grandi, magari sono un po' ingombranti per chi fa sport. La spugna è morbida, magari tenderà a screpolarsi nel tempo mentre nella parte superiore la quantità di spugna è più carente e sottile, ma sufficiente per appoggiare senza fastidio. L'applicazione di Black Shark che viene pubblicizzata in foto non è presente nel play store e si scarica scansionando un qr code, ma purtroppo NON funziona, nel senso che al momento le joybuds max non sono presenti nella lista dei device compatibili.
