This lighter is great for an arc lighter - It works for lighting just about anything. It looks and works exactly as described, and the battery has yet to give out. I purchased this product in January, and it is now April, and I haven't had to recharge it. Admittedly, I haven't used it a ton, but I light a few candles on a weekly basis. Pros: Works well. Battery lasts a long time. Impress your friends by wielding electricity, with cool sounds and a light show. Cons: Definitely will need to be recharged with heavy usage. Probably not a smokers friend. Can leave a weird ozone smell for a brief moment. Definitely don't touch the arc.

This thing is great so far. Every butane lighter I have ever had always runs into an issue igniting eventually. Always bought refillable ones thinking I could just fill them up but nope they don't spark. Enter the electric arc lighter and wow what a breeze. Plug it in charge it up and wow never found candle lighting or fireplace lighting so easy. The only slight complaint I have is that it is impossible to switch off the safety without a temporary firing happening so make sure the tip is clear of combustibles items when you unlock the safety. Outside of this it is just great.

I was super skeptical about this product prior to purchasing but I needed a new lighter so I gave it a whirl. Never used this type of lighter and the lighting surface being so tiny concerned me. But it works pretty well for lighting paper, the fire pit when lighter fluid on it and the gas grill. Really easy to use and since it charges via USB I don't forsee a problem in the foreseeable future with using it when needed. However, if you need to light something that needs more of a constant flame I can see a learning curve or just overall difficulty with this type of lighter. Not the product. Solid product, flexible tip works great as well

It comes packaged well, the foam core box doesn't allow for any wiggle room or damage while shipping. The lighter itself gives off a surprising amount of heat and will light everything but water in the blink of an eye it seems like. The flexible neck let's me get it places a traditional lighter wouldn't fit! Which saves me when camping or trying to relight a pilot light. It doesn't take long to charge and the whole thing is small enough to fit unnoticed in any backpack or camper.

So I bought this very thin and good looking lighter. But when I went to charge it. I had to do it over 5 times! I got extremely annoyed by this. So I got this one. I eventually got the other one to charge. But I just went to the kitchen to give the name brand. But their wasn’t one it! But this one is reliable and extremely easy to charge!

I had an older version. This version is much better. The bendable neck makes lighting any candle a breeze. Rechargeable, less waste than disposable lighters. Easy to clean.

I charged this lighter once - right after I received it. We use it at least once or twice a day. It's much more convenient than a lighter or match and lights a gas range very nicely. We do only use it indoors so I do not have a good idea of the durability of this lighter when used out of doors.
