TV is great, slim and value for the money, i am happy with the purchase. I got this one at 30K in August sale and bank disc. and hence feel a good deal.Display is good, watch HD channels and it is great to view. the display pannel should have been IPS as I had seen on other TV's it is strong as it resists some minor or normal touch or hit.Sound is good, not bad at all... those complaining, guys this is an LED TV dont expect a music system sound.Smart features, yes they are great, many inbuilt apps and enjoy lot of content from CDE and moviebox, you can install any apps into this.It does not have an inbuilt android playstore but you can anytime go to playstore from the browser and install anything you want, even the amazon prime app.In general, and my personal experience, any smart features are just some days craze and goes off gradually. and we end up using only the TV as display for set top box.If in tight budget, Get a full HD 50" non-smart TV in 22-25K, get chromecast or firestick within 2-3k to make it smart.Choice is urs.... I wanted all in the TV inbuilt hence got this one.amazon does not offer extended warranty, i would opt for one if had a chance. and it is the need of time to be tension free for atleast 3 years. but this one gets only 1 year.Else, amazon delivery was good and installation prompt. Followup and customer service 5star!

Received and installed the product on 22-Jul. Build quality is very nice. Picture quality is excellent for both SD and HD channels.Interface is smooth and air mouse function is an added advantage. It works well too.. :)Audio quality by default seemed boxy, but when I changed the setting to surround mode (audio more settings) it was a lot better. It's not set by default and we need to set it for a better audio experience.Overall a very good choice at this price range (got it for 22739 after exchange + Card offer)Update 8-Jan-19: The issue with Amazon prime crashing has been resolved with the latest SW update. Prime works like a charm now.. Kudos to the Cloud Walker team.. :)

Delivery was on time and installation happened along with delivery as promised. All features as promised are working fine.The best features of the TV are:1. It OS is based on android version 7 thus most of the apps such as VLC player, Netflix, Hotstar etc are working fine2. The air remote function is a real life saver as it works as air mouse with point, click, scroll and long press functions.3. The cloud TV app allows your smart phone to work as full function remote and also allows you to stream the mobile screen on TV. There are a lot of other useful functions on the app including using the mobile keyboard to input text on TV. Thus, even if you lose your remote you need not worry. (Note: both mobile and TV needs to be on same network for this function to work)Audio and Video Quality: Though you should not compare it with expensive Sony bravia and LG TVs but you it is as good as or better than any other TV available. The quality is better than i expected. I used it for mobile screen mirroring, connecting laptop via HDMI, connecting USB drives and playing XBOX games. All worked very smoothly.Customer Care Service:Initially i was having a minor issue with the headphone out function of the TV as i was getting voice only from one side of the headphone even though both the speakers were having voice while using without headphone. I left a mail with the customer service and they were very prompt in handling this issue. Service person called me the very same day and scheduled a visit for inspection very next day as per my convenience. The service person (Mr. Abhishek) who visited my home visited my home was very polite and professional. We found that the headphone issue was because the headphone pin was not getting completely inserted in TV jack thus he made sure the TV wall mount installation is loosened up in a way that all ports can be accessed without any difficulty and issue was resolved.Following are the two issues i have faced till now:1. The OS seems to be bit slow sometimes but it is expected at this RAM capacity.2. Some of the apps such as sony liv or any other app that requires google play services will not work properly with this as it does not have google play services. Please do get confuse with this point and assume that it is not an android TV, it definitely is but does not have google play services. You may google about it to find more. Not a showstopper issue at all.Frankly I was not expecting such product and customer care service quality at this price but i was wrong. Definitely worth more than the price we are paying for it.

I find many reviews here which may not answer all the queries of a buying Customer. I will be short and try to segregatemy review for 2 types of customers:1. Big Inch screen viewers2. Smart TV ViewersNo Doubt, this tv gives great picture quality. Though sound is not nice (By the way I have 58 Inch Panasonic and 49 Inch LG smart tv which give loud sound). You definitely need to attach a soundbar to the TV. If you just want a big TV go for it.2. For people who wants SMART TV...its a big NO.. Please don't buy it. Following are the issues I found with this tv, which forced me to return it back : (and let me tell you return with amazon was no easy. I had to call them like 100 of times to get my money back. So avoid unnecessary hassle in your life. )a) Most of the apps won't work like prime video, gaana.com. Even if you play a length video in youtube, app crashes. So its no way smart.b) Air mouse doesn't work. Though it points and moves ok but then if you wanna click on screen keyboard from it, most of them time it will fail.Pathetic sound quality.Worse amazon service. I am an amazon customer from year 2012 but now their service sucks big time.I have to write this for your reviews, please don't buy this tv, otherwise you will be in indefinite battle with amazon to get your money back. They really suck life out of you in returns now a these days.
