It’s the first time my husband use this. His having problems getting enough oxygen or breathing since his collapsed trachea this helps him as his doctor mention there is products out there to health control your breathing. And it’s helping.

Really impressed with the OxyBio breathing trainer. It’s easy to use and I can already feel a difference in my breathing control and lung strength.

Small, easy to carry device. That’s the good. And I suppose if your lungs and breathing muscles are in poor shape to begin with, this device will definitely help if used regularly. However, if you’re already in decent cardiovascular shape, this won’t give you the “edge” it claims to. It’s simply not difficult enough. I’m a distance runner, and I have this set to the most difficult setting, and it’s just barely challenging. As this is my first device of this type, I have no idea how it compares with other similar devices. There are no “settings” to speak of; you merely twist the valve to get a flow that you want. So, it isn’t really possible to accurately gauge progress in a meaningful way. And by the way: wear a bib. You’ll drool from it if you use it for any length of time. In sum, it’s an inexpensive breathing device that will definitely improve your breathing if you’re breathing is already subpar. If you’re already in decent aerobic condition, it’s probably not as useful.

La verdad pensé que sería algo diferente pero al momento de correr me lo puse y empecé a babear como un bulldog así que no no me gustó quizás si sea bueno para ejercicios pulmonares pero para deporte no creo

I tried this respiratory trainer, but I didn’t notice much improvement. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, or it just didn’t work for me personally. The device seems well-made, but I didn’t get the results I expected.

very poor construction

It isn't the product that is advertised but clearly a knock off meaning the quality just isn't there and the ease of use is questionable as it has the rotating dial, however, does it actually work given the fact it isn't as per the advertised product so wouldn't expect it to live up to what is described in the listing

If you want what is on the image, don't buy this. If you want an overpriced, knock off chinese branded copy of what is on the image, with different packaging, go for it!
