KEMFORD Ankle Compression Sleeve Review: Comfortable and effective for treating swollen feet and ankles - These sleeves are great. I've been wearing them pretty much daily for over a year, even with sandals sometimes (I know it doesn't look great) due to swollen feet and ankles associated with several chronic conditions. I wear a size 9 1/2 women's shoe (USA) and the medium sleeve works quite well, but I do have small ankles and flat feet, so your results might be different. I tried a large too and it's too loose for my needs. I wash in a net bag in the machine and dry flat. I tried sleeping in them -- which I don't really need to do -- but found they weren't comfortable. I have very sensitive skin, generally wear only cotton, but these don't irritate at all. Review: Good Compression Sock - This is a good compression sock. I'm petite and wear a women's size 6.5 shoe. I ordered a light compression size medium for a swollen painful ankle. The compression is enough to hold down the swelling although my leg does swell above the sock. Size medium is the correct size for me and would fit someone with a slightly larger foot. The front of the sock can roll up but that would happen with any toeless sock.

Getting the job done
This compression sleeve is excellent! It's comfortable and your measurements are very good for selection. I wore them at work all day and the swelling went down and the compression was very comfortable and great support. I like the fact that they were not bulky fits very well inside of my shoes. I also slept with them on the first night and they didn't cut off my circulation and the swelling went down completely. I need to order at least 2 more pairs. The value was definitely a plus and the quality made me decide to invest in additional pairs.

They work great
At first I thought they might be a little short and perhaps not tight enough. But now that I have used them I think they're just fine. They do what they're made to do and my ankle and foot feel much better and the swelling goes down. I have washed in hot water without a problem and dried in a medium dryer heat.

No need for the bigger size
These socks are comfortable. Not too tight, as I did not get the size up as some reviews recommended. This allows proper circulation. When I measured per the instructions my size was at the upper end. But I did not get the larger size. I haven't put them thru the paces yet. I got them for an upcoming 100 mile hike for good ankle support. 4 stars cause I want to hike a 100 miles first. I'll follow with an update. UPDATE: I used the socks for several days on my 120 mile walk and I got a sore cause it rubbed on top of my foot on one day. no problem on a different day. All in all they didn't help my feet feel less sore after 10 miles. Maybe not tight enough.
