Let me just start off by saying THIS PRODUCT IS A PIEER STRIP AND WILL POWER AND CONTROL ANYTHING PLUGGED INTO IT THRU ITS APP!!!!! This Product is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Total worth every penny and would buy again and will be buying more for my other tents due to the fact it’s super easy to set up and connect everything together! And you can run everything through the Spider Farmer App which makes it a VERY VERSATILE AND VALUABLE asset to any grow tent or room. Rj12 cords and connectors are included and the directions are very easy to read and understand.Everything included is a very key asset to any grow tent/room/operation every sensor from soil meter to light and inline fan installations this Power strip is just all around 5 stars!!! 10/10

I have decided to go with Spider farm so everything plugs and lays an overall pretty happy. This controller lets me go full automation which is great for balancing heat and humidity and watering which really helps especially if you want to go away for a few days. So far spider farm has not disappointed! Just need the dehumidifier to complete my setup but my regular house one has to work for now. Unless spider farm wants to donate to the cause!

The gear is hit-or-miss, but Spider Farmer's customer service is terrible by design. When one of their products failed in normal use after about six months (well within warranty), I did everything a reasonable customer should do: detailed emails, photos, and a clear A/B comparison showing their part was the only thing causing the problem. Their response? A script. They insisted they would not even consider a solution unless I tore down my now-working setup, reinstalled the faulty part, and filmed a video recreating the failure for them. They explicitly said this is their “established process” and they cannot make exceptions. That isn’t support, it’s bureaucracy. If a company would rather hide behind a rigid rule than stand behind its products—even for a repeat customer who’s spent serious money with them—that’s a brand I’m done with.
