Deionized Spot-Free Car Wash Rinse System Unit, Spotless Water Deionizer for Car Washing, RV, and Motorcycle, Without Hose

I’ve been searching for a spot free filter system for a while and took a chance on this. I have to say I’m very impressed. Super easy setup and works really well. I put it on the side of my tool box hung with magnetic hooks.

Here in Arizona the faucet water is very Hard, and washing your car is really difficult, so I bought this just for washing my cars. It works very well, no need to hurry to dry the car before it air dries and looks like road salt on it : ). Wash with city water, rinse with city water, then ( swap city water hose to this unit ) , and then litely rinse the wet car with the treated water. Other than squeegy the windows dry, I can let the car air dry with no water spots !. I did mount it all to a cart (Ex golf bag cart) That's the pictures included. As the filters get used up they change color, as seen in the bottom of them. This is just 2 car wash rinses. [ The hose is a second hose attached to the filters, and I attach my wash and first rinse hose to this setup at the right hose stub, then use this hose for filtered rinse]

This is a great system and work well for a final rinse down your vehicle with clean water. This is a pretty comprehensive kit to get you up and running in no time.

It worked great. I washed the truck in the evening. I didn't dry it just sprayed it with the soft water. In the morning it was dry with no spots on the windows or hood. Very happy with this product. I do have soft water already. But it leaves spots if I don't dry it.

I live in an area with extreme hard water and I am very picky about my cars specifically when it comes to washing them. I can say that this system allows me to wash and dry my cars using the contact-less method and left no visible hard spots.

This was pretty easy to set up, and I love that they include a special wrench to attach and tighten the cartridges--it would be difficult to do without. It does appear to help with the water spots that I previously had. My only complaint is the water pressure generated is VERY LOW. The water comes out at almost a trickle, so it takes a bit of time to spray over the car.

It's taken me a while to go through and test this kit, but here are my results. In short, it does a decent job of de-ionizing the rinse water and reducing water spots. Just remember that if your vehicle is a darker color, don't wash it in the sunlight -- wash it in the shade for best results. Installation was relatively easy, as long as you remember to put the collars on BEFORE you insert the barb on the quick connect fitting into the tubing! For my installation, I mounted the kit to a 14 x 16" piece of plywood so I can move it from storage to the driveway on wash day. Build quality seems to be good and I didn't experience any leaks after following the installation instructions. The added benefit of being able to refill the filter cartridges either with pre-made filters or (more economically) just buying the bulk filter media is a great option. In use, since the water pressure is so low, I had to hold the spray nozzle very close to the vehicle to get any coverage. Just as at the car wash, you'll need to move slowly and methodically to actually rinse the entire vehicle. I did need to go back and wipe down the windows and black trim, but everything else seemed to come out nicely spot free.In summary, it's a decent value for washing your vehicles at home and adding the de-ionized rinse option to your home routine.

I’ve used an RO system in my house for around 10 years now and while I have the DI stage connected, it’s only used when brewing beer.Knowing what the benefits are of DI, when I seen this, I thought it’s a no-brainer! Keep all of the calcium off your car so you don’t have to wipe it down immediately after washing.Everything went together easily, all parts were included. You will need an extra hose to connect from the unit to your nozzle. The stream leaves a lot to be desired but I can’t knock the product since that’s just how the process works.
