PRODUCT-GOOD-SERVICES VERY POOR.
Product quality is good. We are using from so many years. But ur carrier services is very bad,not to give them 1 star rating. Clear instructions were given and confirmation received that delivered will be done on Sunday, still ur carrier telling lies that no one was available to receive the parcel on Saturday, 29th November, 2025. We have never faced such problems in past and being a regular customer, this shouldn't had to be done. It creates a bad image of Amazon. U'll should take seriously and immediately steps against this carrier or face consequences in future. Mentally and physically harassment received.

Unusable strips for Glucometer
Defective items received in a damaged packet. A return order was accepted by Amazon as per return policy for pick up on 27-08-2025 . Till date the item has not been picked despite reminder mail to Amazon . The vendor apparently has not stored the strips as all of them seem to been exposed to weather. Every trial results in Error to perform the test . Shall never buy such item through Amazon
