I love this umbrella. It's so pretty and it works! I love the handle too. It's so easy to hold on to, which is a big deal for me as I have psoriatic arthritis. Opening and closing is only slightly easier than an umbrella you'd get a Walmart or a similar store, but so far, this is still easier on my hands. I recommend giving it a try if you have hand problems that make it difficult for you to hold things.

Are you tired of trying to get in and out of your car when it's raining cats and dogs? You get wet -- really wet opening and/or closing the umbrella. This umbrella is an amazing solution to that problem. It's not perfect. Nothing is. But it's 100% better than the alternative design. Want to give a shout out to this company's great warranty service. An extra bonus is this product is made in the U.S.A. What else could you wish for in a product?

I’ve had two of these walk away from me. Leaving them to drip in the upside down position displays their beautiful designs and makes it obvious that it does not have the usual umbrella construction. Thus they easily find new companions.Standing them up on the floor (whether to dry or just to rest them down) can also put wear on the outer tips, which can then be dislodged. My oldest one eventually sprung a leak at the center of the canopy which would annoyingly drip down the stem. So there is some limit to their durability.These generally do not flip unless the wind is very strong. Even so, a turn in the opposite direction will cause them to joyfully flip back to their correct position.

Love the way it opens. Water doesn't drain from it indoors when locked. Reason why I gave it three rating, umbrella left in car, and the glue that holds handle came loose. So getting stronger glue to manage hot car

I bought the black with plain purple interior when open, which is tye exterior when closed.I have only used it a couple of times so far and so far it is working well however yet to test it in windy conditions.The button is easy to use to open the umbrella, a little less useful when closing as it doesn't seem to click closed easily.The Inside out mechanism is certainly different.It does seem to dry well and has so far been 100% waterproof.The handle is my favourite feature as it makes holding onto the umbrella much easier than the standard curved handle, however I wish they would make one that is O shaped, rather than C shaped, I cannot see the point of the cut out side, and it does make holding the umbrella more difficult if you catch hold the side cut out.I hang mine by the handle to dry, like I did with my previous curved handle umbrella.To note is that it cannot be safely stood up, as there is no bottom when closed or semi closed, and you would be standing it on fabric, which is only not stable but may lead to damage.I know some of theses inside out umbrellas feature the ability to stand up, however I cannot see how to safely do that with this one.This one comes with a built in velcro closing strap.This one comes with a cover sleeve, which some don't, and others charge seperately for the cover, so that is good.The purple is a little lighter than expected however it is still nice to have the option.

A few days ago I received the umbrella with a big scratch and one of the pieces loose, I was asked to return it and buy it again instead of getting a replacement. I have just received a second one, broken too, as you can see in the picture it looks very poorly made. A feel totally disappointed as I really loved the design and how lightweight is.

Finally used this for the first time after purchasing it over 6 months ago..broke within 5 minutes. The 'stem' just came clear off while opening the Umbrella. Appears to be held together by cheap metal that has clean snapped off with no force. Do yourself a favour and buy a more expensive one that works. Too late for me to get a refund also. Typical.

Great colour (purple) great design did what it was supposed to in the torrential rain and wind

I got it this morning (several days late), I used it this afternoon, upon opening, the shaft detached from the handle completely. I put it back together again, but this is simply very poor quality.I need an umbrella, so will keep using it until the broken thing can't be fixed.The website on the tag offering a lifetime warranty doesn't even exist.What a joke.
