I like it a lot!! The flavor is good. It’s a little on the sweet side but I also like it with very little water. It dissolves well. Easy to drink. It’s clean energy, good focus, you’re not scratching away. It gives a good pump and makes you brake a good sweat. You’re getting a good bang for your buck. No crash after either. I think I found my new favorite pre workout.

Been using alpha since it came out

I had a variety of pre-workout supplements, and I must emphasize that this particular one stands out as the best among them. The flavor is exceptionally enjoyable, which is a significant factor for me when choosing a pre-workout. Additionally, the size of the container is quite generous, providing a good amount of product for the price. However, I would advise anyone new to pre-workout supplements to start with a half scoop of this one. It is incredibly potent, and you might experience a sensation similar to being on something, which can be quite overwhelming if you’re not accustomed to it. Overall, the price is very reasonable compared to other well-known brands. This makes it an attractive option for those looking to enhance their workout routine without breaking the bank. You also have the flexibility to mix it with either juice or water, which can be convenient depending on your preferences. That being said, if you decide to mix it with juice, be prepared for the taste to be somewhat off. The combination might not be to your liking, so it’s worth considering whether you want to stick with water or explore other mixing options.

Good flavor works great.

This stuff is great. The taste is getting a little old after the first few days. It’s not the best, but I’ve had way way worse. However, the strength is worth it. It gets me going right before a workout. I take it 30 mins before the gym.

This stuff works! Key is to not abuse. If you use it for each and every workout, then suddenly it's not a boost, but something you take just to feel normal, and you can't function without. I made that mistake before, but now I only take it on days where I am extra tired, beat up, etc. And it comes through each time.

66F and use this preworkout 4x weekly. This product t DOES contain the extended release caffeine but NOT the "burn" extract so it is quite tolerable. I personally can't tolerate the "burn" products but many people can and do. I love this flavor also. It is NOT "hard" on my stomach and causes no GI symptoms. I take about an hour before my strength training and I'm great. I also only use half a scoop as more than that (for me, at age 66) is too much.....keeps me awake and I also ONLY use on workout day. My son(40m) uses the Alpha Lion Burn and prefers that one which also contains the extended release caffeine.

Solid daily driver PWO. It'd be nice if there was creatine already included but it's not a deal breaker. Tastes great and doesn't clump up, and I've been through 3 or 4 tubs now. Hope Alpha Lion keeps putting out good products.
