I like the ingredients in this Shilajit plus supplement. Each serving size of 2 capsules provides 400 mg of Shilajit, plus 10 other ingredients. The capsules are average in size, and there are 60 servings in the bottle. The distributor is in China, and they list their name, address, email, and website information on the label. I would have liked to have seen GMP logo, or 3rd party lab testing, but nothing was listed on the label. My supplement arrived fresh, shrink wrapped, safety sealed, and has a 2 year shelf life.
