Rubber coated barb wire.... tough stretches fine... not live stock wire.... not tempered wire...good for repairs... I thought was a cheap roll of barb wire... no its rubber coated . Not live stock wire. May be good for yuppies that are worried their animals my get hurt or scratched. Not what I expected. Basically good tie wire. And that's it
