Great having 2 batteries
We love our cordless vacuum but really needed a second battery to be able to finish the whole house. This purchase is great and does the job.

Better than my original battery.
This battery is already performing heaps better than the one I've had for less than a year, especially at the beginning of it's life.

Works as it should, cheaper options exist
Overall, this works as it should, has about the same battery life as the original battery the vacuum shipped with but I question the cost ($65). I found similar NONE OEM brand batteries (which this is also NONE OEM) for about $40-50. So conceivably you can probably get something very similar for less money.So cost is the only reason I took off 1 star. Otherwise seems to match the performance of the original battery.One other super minor issue, the battery charge light is VERY dim, you can see it in the one image. I basically have to cover it so I can just barely make out its charging status.

Same performance and fit as an OEM battery.
Appears to be equal or slightly longer battery life than OEM battery on our UZ565H. Purchased to be used as a second battery, as I'm bad at remembering to charge batteries. I'm using the Shark brand battery charger on this off brand without any issues

Works properly, lower price than OEM batteries
The bottom line is the battery works properly in our Shark Cordless Pro Pet Plus Model UZ565H and is less expensive than the OEM battery.At first I thought there was no charging indicator light, but when I looked carefully, I realized there is one, it just is not nearly as bright as the OEM battery, and is greenish rather than red, so it is not as easy to see. Once I was able to see it, I realized that it blinks while charging and then changes to solid when the battery is charged.The battery appears like the OEM battery in terms of size, protrusions, etc.Materials, fit, and finish are not quite as good as the OEM battery, but not bad, and at this price point, I can live with that.

Like a new vac
The perfect replacement the battery life seems really good. It fit perfectly, and it was a great value for the money in comparison to buying a new vacuum.

Replacement battery failure
Ordered the correct battery based on model number and battery number. Battery did not fit vacuum. Battery was misrepresented as correct replacement.
