Hydro Mousse Bermuda Grass Seed - Large Refill Bag - Covers up to 1000 Square Feet

This have my yard green all summer long

Applied hydro seed yesterday evening in a area where the sun continuously beams so it’s really try and sandy looking. I used a rake to remove leftover hay from laying seed and a manual tiller/ cultivator tool after watering the ground and allowing it to dry up some. For starters it does not cover the amount of ground it claims but I used it on high seed and for what did come out it’s seemed the seeds were coated and so was the ground so I could tell where it’s at. I watch for birds and as desired, the birds flew around it never directly on it or trying to eat the seed which for me is a huge plus! Because of the area I chose to put it in I have to water it every 4-5 hours or so. When I purchased the kit I also purchased a refill but I think I will go a less expensive route and get grass seed and the liquid coating instead of the $28 refills. I watched several videos and within a month or 2 ppl were happy with the results so I’ll have a follow up review in 4 weeks.Update: It didn’t work. I will say I used it in a high sun area and the dirt was like sand but I watered it 4 times a day and even bought timers for my water sprinklers, but on the end I ended up having Kentucky blue sod installed. Just sod it, that’s my advice.

Bought this to fix patch areas the dogs have torn up in the yard. Contains a good amount of seeds but the included pack of green mousse was for one use and no way to separate if you do not need to use it all. The grass came up in 5 days but not as thick as expected. Don't know if I would buy again but seems to work as the manufacture claims but not as thick or fast.Note we bought the hydro mousse sprayer at a local big box store and then bought this seed pack on amazon as what came with the sprayer was not enough to fix all the spots we had.

This Grate to use but the Liquid ver what comes in the Seed is miss leading. If you buy the liquid mousse it is the same as the dry comes with your seed. So you are better off buying the seed what ever you like or buy this package. My self why I bought this is because I thought comes with seed is totally different stuff but after open the package I seen it is only Mousse with the seeds which I all ready bought 10-Bottles of the Liquid Mousse. See the Mousse is a DYE color Green and other stuff is in it. Love this stuff.

Grass came in very spotty and thin

I followed instructions to a T and it did not look as it came out of sprayer like in videos and it has not grown and yes I have watered and done all the things…. I bought this refill pack and the original sprayer so I had more than enough to cover my area also. If I could have got a refund I would have asked! Waste of money wish I would have done it the good old fashioned way!

This product works great for growing bright green grass quickly..... less than 3 weeks for a very noticeable difference. The only problem is that there isn't enough of the foam for the amount of seeds in the refill bag. It comes with 1 pod and should come with 2. Otherwise this is a great product. It doesn't mix great (foam and seed), but it works wonderful for growth.
