Like everyone else, I had my doubts about a product that is so much cheaper than the one it replaces. But I can tell you with 100% certainty that Miss Deer is the Real Deal! I have an HP DesignJet T120 24 inch printer that I use to print plans for my construction company. When you are printing 24" x 36" sheets of paper (25 to 30 pages at a time) loaded with text and images, the ink is just pouring out of your cartridges. Believe me when I tell you, I have actually noticed the amount of money I'm saving. As for the quality, there is absolutely zero difference. This is a high quality ink and my printer spits out pages and pages of detailed drawings with never an issue. The only thing you will notice when you first install a Miss Deer ink cartridge is that you printer will alert you that you have installed a non-HP ink cartridge. Then it will say "press OK to continue". All you do is press OK and you are on your way to saving money on your printing costs! There is no doubt in my mind that HP added that little line of code in their machines to scare us into continually buying their OVERPRICED INK!

I have used 3 boxes (working on my 4th) of the ink and the print quality is just as good as the HP cartridges that came with the printer. I did have a minor issue with one cartridge (in my 4th box) that was quickly resolved by Sophia after I sent a message to the seller. She responded very quickly and provided a positive solution to my difficult problem. I wish there were more places that provided customer service like this. The only only complaint I have with the product itself (if I'm going to nitpick) is after the ink is sitting for a while (several days) you may need to run a print head cleaning or two to get back to normal print quality, this could also be the case with the HP ink but I haven't tested it for that long due to their ridiculous cost. I figure even with the little bit of ink I go through to do the occasional print head cleaning I am still way ahead cost wise compared to getting the HP branded ink. Thanks for providing an affordable alternative to HP!

Pretty good product but sometimes u get a cartridge that the printer just will not use. Anout one in ten. But i have used these several times. Much better priced than the hp ones

Order these in December because I needed blue right away, tried one, didn't work, tried the other blue cartridge and it worked. Deer was gracious and refunded me a prorated amount. Yesterday I needed both yellow and magenta, replaced both and both didn't work. I tried the other two cartridges and they both worked. So 3 of the 6 color cartridges were bad and I have 2 black ones I haven't needed yet. I saved a little money going with this company, but actually ended up spending way more for what I got that worked. To late now to ask for a refund, so I am just out the money.

The color of the ink is great and I can’t see any difference compared with HP original ink cartridge that comes with the printer. However, the edges/lines are not sharp enough compared with original hp inks, which still persists after cleaning printhead a couple of times. Printing with “best quality” seem to help a little bit but it’s much slower. Overall, I think it has great value and good enough for my daily usage. For serious tasks, I may still buy a set of HP inks to back me up.

I don't knw if it's the Ink we received or this is the way this product is, but yellow comes out Green, Blue/Cyan comes out Navy Blue, Magenta/Red comes out maroon. No matter what program we print from or color settings we use (printer color pallet or application color pallet) the colors are way darker then they should be. It has to be the ink that's the wrong colors. 4/12/2024 - Seller has contacted me since my original review. They did a great job with supporting me attempting to troubleshoot what might be wrong with the ink. In the end they ended up shipping me a new set of ink that was indeed better. Their customer support is great.

I've used these before, but now my HP printer refuses to recognize them. Alas, back to genuine-overpriced-rip-off 711 ink. Which takes 6-7 weeks, delivered. Last HP printer I'll ever buy.

Not recognizable by our DesignJet T120. None of the colours or black worked.

Works as advertised. No problems thus far. Ordered two more kits.
