Product was true to features. Didn't like that some of bottles were wobbly when received.

Ordered 12 ounce for a reason. Received 14 ounce bottles and they do not work well in the freezer. Too thin. The 12 ounce are sturdy. Now I have to pour each into a leftover 12 ounce bottle. Would love to return the second unopened box.

This is the second time I received leaking bottle.

Like the water but can't open the bottle cap. It is so difficult to unscrew, not buying it again

Can not find the hard bottles like this in the stores anymore
