The existing lock simply fell apart after a number of years. I removed the lock and found the make an model code. Searched the Internet and found the lock on amazon. Double checked the blurb in the description and all matched up. Ordered but delivery was about three days. To my surprise and delight the lock arrived next day by Royal Mail. Had to change the catch over to a left hand door by taking off the cover with a torx bit and invert the catch but all went well. Fitted into the door and made some minor adjustments to the door to make the catch locate in the frame. Brilliant service and exact replacement from the original manufacturer.

Fitted perfectly to my back door paid for fast delivery as my door lock/mechanism had completely failed so house was open.Super easy to fit straight replacement of my e92 lock. Very helpful measurements and very fast seller. Saved me on a locksmith you tube and this amazon purchase was all i needed.
