I purchased these primarily to remove small bones from fish. They work as advertised and are easy to clean. I do wish they'd come with some sort of holder or carrier, though; small, loose items like this tend to get lost easily in the kitchen.

Finally a tool that allows using your strengths to grab and not let go of those fish bones. Sturdy, solid tool. Very good quality and value for money.

Great set of tweezers for various kinds of fish. I used them to get the pin bones out of a lingcod (very small bones), and they worked great. Ergonomic, sturdy, and they clean up easily. I'm just a humble home cook, but I'm really looking forward to cooking all kinds of fish now that I have a proper set of tweezers for deboning.

They need some improvements. I bought these as part of my sushi set. They are slippery when wet. Some kind of rubberized grip would help. I would have given 2 more stars had they come with some kind of case. Being all loose in the drawer is not helping. I was disappointed to open them and find They were in a paper bag. Even a plastic case would have been nice. Get what you pay for I guess.
