Good product
Haven’t taken any vitamins for years before deciding to try this combination. So far I have been taking them for 2 weeks and I have noticed a bit more energy and regular bowel movements(sorry if tmi) so far. I will update as I notice more benefits. I don’t really like taking pills but the size makes it easy to swallow and I appreciate that they have no taste, even when get wet and stick to your tongue. I will be purchasing again.

Packaging and pill size are as stated on the box. The pills are easy to swallow and none of them leave an after taste. I noticed increase energy right away so please don't take in the late evening because you may be up for a while! I will definitely purchase again.

Into 3rd month taking these..
I’m on month 3 of these vitamins and I plan to keep taking them. I’ve only had one packet that was missing one pill, which is why I docked one star. It isn’t the BEST vitamin I’ve ever taken (Halo Beauty is my fave but too pricey for my budget considering I want the HSN and Multi for women).. but this is the second best I’ve taken so far. These are much better than the GNC 30+ packs!! I noticed no differences with those. These are easy on my stomach, easy to swallow, and my nails have grown strong (and that’s next to impossible for me). All in all I recommend these vitamins.

I have been taking these vitamins for several weeks and have noticed positive changes. I feel calmer, I sleep better at night and the headaches I had have often decreased.
