I was very worried about buying a convertible loveseat/lounger/bed right unseen. 》I am happy to report that this item is well made, easy to assemble, seemingly durable when assembled, mechanically sound, and both looks and operates as advertised. 》The surface cushions/foam fill are more firm than one would like for an everyday sofa or guest bed, but suitable for occasional/guest seating. In my opinion, it is not suitable for sleeping - too hard. 》I have a 3" memory foam mattress pad and a bamboo extra fluffy mattress pad cover on the sofa. I leave it in lounge mode mostly since I work remotely and it's comfortable when working on my laptop.

So easy to put together. It's very light, not bulky, but it seems very sturdy. It could be thicker and more comfortable. But some like it because it is solid making it easy to stand up (for the older crew who has trouble standing after sitting a while). The fabric is super soft and velvety.

I love it! It’s perfect for a small apartment. It might seem intimidating to put this together once you unbox it but if you are good with putting ikea furniture together you’ll be able to do this as well. The instructions suggest two people are needed but I was able to put it together on my own. The main seat is held up by 9 big bolds so I would suggest jumping on the couch lol. I have been using this couch to sleep on for almost a month now while I’m waiting for my bed and it’s not the most comfortable sleeping situation but it’s better than the air mattress I was using. I believe having mattress topper or something would make it perfect. I like keeping the pull out section open so my legs are propped up while I work on my crafts The storage in the armrests are deep and useful for holding extra blankets and pillows. So far there has been no regrets with this product and my little terrier loves it too.

The cushions look comfortable in the ad ..but they are hard.The top that goes down has a space between next cushion and the pullout is hard to go out and back in..After all the work to put together I was sickened at the finish couch for 350.00!!! We returned and its even a bigger nightmare order came in 2 boxes they sent 1 label to return .We couldn't get reply so put boxes together and now they are trying to say we didnt return whole couch..

Very nice actually , wasn’t difficult to put together. Is great for a a young man’s or teenager’s room for sure.

I was so hopeful that this would be a great product. But, when we started assembling it, we discovered that the quality and detail were definitely missing. When trying to connect the frame to the seat of the sofa, the holes did not line up. They were off by an inch. We tried everything we could to get them to line up better but had no luck. Then, the last step of the assembly is too put a brace on the back for stability. The brace was very hard to assembly as it seemed to be too long. We struggled greatly to get it in place. But, once that was attached, it spread the arm rests out too much causing the sleeper frame to not be able to catch on the sofa frame because it was too wide. So, we had to take the brace out to atleast be able to properly use the sleeper. Hopefully the sofa sleeper will keep enough stability without the brace so the product can still be used safely. Hopefully it doesn't just fall apart into a pile of useless parts. The instructions do lack clarity and detail, but, we were still able to understand what we were supposed to do. When I reached out to the seller with my concerns, I basically was told that we probably put it together wrong and didn't even offer any support or offer to ship new items that were the correct items and that would like up properly. Also, the sofa sleeper is not a queen. It is rather small. It looks more like a full size at most. It's very firm so we will need to purchase a mattress topper to even be able to sleep on it. The laying surface isn't flat as the top for your head and the bottom for your feet are lower than the middle. I'm very unhappy with the service I received and hope the sofa sleeper doesn't fall apart. Wishing now that I would've purchased through a different seller.

I waant expecting much but a little more cushioning would be nice.

I’m so glad I bought this futon! The 3-in-1 design makes it incredibly versatile—I can use it as a couch during the day, a lounger for reading or relaxing, and then easily fold it down into a bed when I have guests. The cushions are firm but comfortable, and it feels sturdy and well-made. Setup was simple, and it doesn’t take up too much space, which is perfect for smaller rooms or apartments. I put it in my office. It looks modern and stylish while also being practical. Great value for the price!
