I love this ice machine! It is smaller than my last one but it makes ice twice as fast as my last one. Not only is the ice quality excellent, but the machine is so quiet and so easy to operate. The icing on the cake is the Smart App that notifies you when the ice basket is full and also when you need to add water. I purchased some Igloo ice bags and as the ice basket fills, I dump the ice in the bag and store the ice in the freezer.Just a note, when I set up this machine, I was getting an “add water” alert although the tank was full. I read that the water line can have an air pocket which would affect the sensor. I turned off the ice machine and gently tilted it back and forth. I restarted the machine and I have not received that alert again until I really did need to add water.

I bought this because my girlfriend and I like to do some drinking on the weekends. We live in an apartment and the refrigerator doesn't have a built-in ice machine. It works great. It makes a batch of cubes every 8 minutes or so. By the time we fill our cups and finish our drinks, there is another batch of ice ready for our next drinks. The directions say not to use distilled water so we buy spring water to use in it. It isn't noisy. It makes good tasting ice with the spring water. You just fill it up and let it make ice. There is a light that comes on when the water is low. I do wish it would give some kind of beep or noise along with the light as a better warning for low water. We can usually get 3 drinks each worth of ice before we have to fill it so we just go off of that rather than the warning light. That is my only complaint. A+!

Was looking for a countertop craft ice maker machine like this one after seeing LG refrigerators with built-in craft ice makers. Is a lot less expensive than replacing my entire refrigerator!The unit makes two clear ice spheres approximately every 45 minutes. They automatically drop into the drawer when finished. Only thing is, you have to remove the two ice balls before it will make more. Other than that, it's a great unit and works perfectly!

Ice cube is big very nice for whiskey and coke cola. Not much noise, Ice making speed is also very good. Very good build quality

On my 2nd replacement unit. Both died after a little over 1 month..Not great at all.Not going for a 3rd unit, terrible quality

Easy hookup! Fit perfectly in my counter space. Started making ice right away and I'm very happy with the ice size. Everything works like it says. I wish it had a place inside the ice bin for the ice scoop, so it doesn't inadvertently get buried under the ice.

It is a solid machine, make giant ice ball. We used to make big ice ball in fridge, not anymore. Quite happy with this purchase. It make 4 ice ball / hour. Make full bucket over night. A kind slower than I expect though.
