This is a really good product. You do need to read the instructions and take it consistently over the first week. I assume to get it built up in your system. Then it’s half a teaspoon once a day. I take it in my second coffee and I can barely taste the difference. It’s not unpleasant and it doesn’t smell. It mixes right into the drink so you don’t get blobs of powder or anything unpleasant. The only side effect you get is the good things it promises, that you become a much more able, awake and energised you. I highly recommend Nutrition Geeks Creatin for its effectiveness, ease of taking and one packet lasts forever so the price is very doable.

Prior to buying this product, I had bought a more expensive product, far more expensive, that used a different process. The end result for me was that it did not dissolve fine enough, and just looking at the particles themselves doesn't seem to be as fine as the product I'm buying now. That product was far more expensive, and I was not satisfied at all with the product. Unfortunately, I was not able to return the product because I was out of the returns window, so in the end, I ended up discarding it. I then bought this product, I found it to be 10 times better: 1. It dissolved almost clear, not quite. 2. You could see it could dissolve a lot more clearly because the powder seemed to be a lot finer and less grainy than the more expensive product I bought earlier on. I'm much happier with this product. It doesn't seem to cause me any bloat. It's easier to take, and it dissolves almost clear. That's fine for me, totally fine. It's also a lot cheaper. Good product, and I'm very happy.

Let’s start with the absolute witchcraft that is this powder’s solubility. Tastes of nothing, mixes with everything. Barely a trace left in the cup when you are done so id consider this a very good product. Once my loading phase is complete i will assess its effects on heavy training You can either do a fast 1 week loading phase of 20-25g per day or a slow loading phase of 5g per day over 4 weeks. I opted for the slow phase and staying off the toilet. The idea is to keep your body saturated with creatine so don't worry if you miss a dose.

I wasn't quite sure how many stars to give this product. Whilst it seems to tick all the boxes in terms of quality, price, etc, I haven't noticed any increase in my energy levels despite having been taking it for nearly two months now. I thought I'd try it as I had noticed a gradual drop in my energy levels over the past year, or so, which I initially put down to just getting older. (Let's just say I won't see 70 again). Thought about increasing the recommended dosage in case this helped, but read that the excess would just be 'flushed out' or otherwise cause side effects, such as stomach cramps or nausea. So, not sure if the claims that it will definitely increase your energy level is marketing b/s, or if I am expecting too much given my advanced years. Hence three stars. Having said all this, I will probably keep taking it in the hope that it is doing me some good, and maybe, just maybe, it will increase my energy levels a tad.
