I bought this tap through Amazon almost two years ago and have been extremely happy with the results. Previously I had a separate filter tap that worked fine but having two separate taps wasn't ideal. This tap merged the filter water and main household water together absolutely seamlessly. It looks fantastic, has the excellent hose and spray setting for hitting those pans and, two years later, is still looking fantastic and working brilliantly.At this point I'll mentioned that I scored it four stars for "easy to install". Maybe it should have merited five stars? I don't know that any tap other than one that would plumb itself into place would merit five stars from me though. Because of the mess of pipework under the sink we actually got a plumber to install this. Thankfully there is no longer a mess of pipework (which was there from the point we moved in to the house) and I should note that the plumber was extremely impressed with the tap himself. He'd not seen one so well made and with the filter tap, spray, etc. functionality before!Anyway, back to point... Why am I reviewing it now rather than after purchase? Well, I forgot! It's a shame as this tap deserves the glowing reviews it gets. The reason I've remembered now is... drum roll... because something went wrong! The main tap started disconnecting from the base of the tap when being turned whilst the water was flowing. Free showers for everyone in the kitchen every time this happened! I sadly thought this must be down to wear and tear and was contemplating buying a same-make tap to replace it with but thought I'd reach out to the manufacturers first to see if their warranty covered two years. They replied within 24 hours and asked for a video of the problem. Not wanted to make a video of the kitchen being power sprayed from a tap base I opted to send a photo of the detachment problem. Again they replied within 24 hours sending a photo and a video of a screw that likely needed to be tightened with an allen key. They also made it clear that I should get back to them if this did not solve the problem. Needless to say the problem is now fixed and the tap is working as well as ever!So, in summary, the tap is superb and the after-sales service is equally good. I very highly recommend this tap!

I love this tap. I've been laughing at myself for being so excited about a new tap. I'm not overly prone to excitement. This tap is such an improvement though. The previous one was driving me nuts and that's not like me much either. It either dribbled or blasted out water. No in-between. After a few years of this getting worse and worse, I finally had enough.A good thing has come out of the situation as an added bonus and something I've aspired to fir decades. A hose that can be moved around the sink. Aaah. That's the sound of my contentment.So, now we have a reliable, extra useful tap that also looks good. Functionality and attractiveness combined. I know it's quite possibly odd to find a tap attractive but I do. Kitchen taps get the most use so it's very good to have one as good as this.Practically, it's well made from quality materials. The installation wasn't easy but that was down to our situation, having limited access. This resulted in lots of sounds of struggle and a forceful "for God's sake!" It wasn't helped by the hot being connected to the cold in error - even more forceful "JESUS!!!". My lovely husband is handicapped by not being able to kneel, due to arthritis, so it's hard for him to do jobs like this but is almost always determined to do jobs that are within his capabilities and expertise. That encompasses a lot.The tap is a very welcome and enjoyable improvement. I even missed it on holiday

I usually wait for a month or two before writing reviews this time it has been over 6 months.The tap still looks like new, we bought the satin silver finish which perfectly matched our cupboard handles and it was very easy to fit, I installed a water filter catridge at the same time and the whole job took about an hour and a half. I can't undertand why some people have had difficulty, all the fittings I needed were in the box including the ones for the water filter. My tap connected onto standard 15mm isolation valves with no problems.Like others we have found the ability to rinse the sink and draining board a great help. To sum up this is a quality product that I would not hessitate to buy again.

The tap looks quite nice, except for two things. The Water filter tap is a push-on push-off button, but this feels a bit cheap, it probably wouldn't have cost too much extra to put a better switching mechanism. Likewise, the faucet flow can be changed from spray to stream. This also feels cheap and looks like chrome on plastic. Again, this part could have been much better with a little more cost. The tap itself works fine - I haven't fitted the filtration system - so cant comment on that yet. The other thing to note is that you do not get three flexi-hoses. only for hot and cold water. The filter system water is via a metallic shank. we will have to see how this works - but they have supplied the 3/8 and 1/4 conversions. The other thing to notice is that our lever does not go all the way back because of where the sink hole had been drilled. On our tap, the cold water (push back the lever) hits the tiles at the back, so it doesn't go all the way back. However there is only a few degrees extra, so no big deal.The installation is good, not fiddly like most other taps where you are trying to screw in 5 things at once without them falling down, and you can do it yourself.

Love it!!! Looks very nice and modern. We have it now for over a month. I was worried that the hose will look cheap, however you can tell it's good quality and looking very slick. It's so helpfull that you can just pull out the hose and fill in water filter, vase or just simply wash your sink. The downthing is that we bought some time ago garden hose that we used to were able to attach to our old tap, however we can't any more to this one (Gappo ). We're hoping it's actually plastic end from our garden hose being warn off not the actual size of the tap end.

Bonjour, il manque vraisemblablement quelquechose pour installer le robinet (serait-ce le système de filtration?) est ce que le fabricant peut nous indiquer ce qu’il Manque pour raccorder le robinet?Il y a en effet 3 voies : eau chaude, eau froide raccordées aux flexibles et une autre voie mystérieuse dont même un professionnelle ne sait ps comment faire... merci de nous indiquer ce qu’il Faut pour finir l’installation. Le kit livré n’est pas suffisant pour installer le robinet.

Super produit. Très très bien emballé.Très esthétique, silencieux et à priori de très bonne qualité. A voir dans la durée mais aucun soucis depuis 15 jours.
