Got this more for my back but works wonders on other areas. I also have plantar fascists. Great way to ease the pain in my heels and ligaments. Regardless if you're on your feet all day, or sit all day in the office this tool is a great way to lossen those sore muscles. Highly recommend for every day use. As a long time bodybuilder/powerlifter, when injuries occur, convenient effective treatments are valuable. Actually- this holds true for anyone and everyone. Getting professional massages and other adjustments or treatments aren't always easily accessible. I live in a beach town 35 miles from Sarasota where resources are short and good pros are about an hour or so away from me. I did my research to try to find a portable massager and this one had NO one star reviews, which is RARE. I bought it, and it has been fantastic. Powerful, convenient to transport, multiple head attachments, easy to handle and use. I bought another one for my daughter, and about 6 people in my gym are now going to buy this because of me. I should be a posterchild for this product- LOL, but it deserves my inadvertent advertising of it because it really is that good!

The media could not be loaded. This massage gun has a lot of power. I have had deep tissue massage before but this goes even deeper. It's very easy to use. I ran it on one calf and it felt great. My companion and I are going to be getting a lot of massages because this is fantastic. It's well made and durable. One thing I recommend is that you get a 5v3a USB adapter because it accepts fast charging. This is the first massage gun I've ever seen and tried and I love it. I give this massage gun my highest recommendation.

The "RENPHO Massage Gun Deep Tissue with 8-12mm Adjustable Amplitude Heavy-Duty" is meant for some heavy duty muscle relief. It is huge in size and is heavy on the hands. As indicated in the product description it is meant for athletes and professionals. This makes the box big too.The item came very well packaged in a nice black carrying case which was in a cardboard box. The box is gift worthy. It comes with several heads as indicated along with a USB-C cable only and no charging black.Renpho makes several different varies of massagers and I own another smaller one made by them. I have also used other name brand massagers for comparison.One of the issues that bothered me was the high rpm or vibration of the unit. It is a bit noisy and not the most quiet unit. The instructions are minimal and don't include any information on the rpm of the unit. The heads are not too soft as they are meant for heavy duty use.It is on the expensive side at $107.99, at the time of this review which might be a bit too much for the regular person with aches and pains. Give it a shot!
