Esta muy bien, lo utilizo bastante, es limpiar y volver a utilizar. Cuando quiere aplanar unas masas con un grosor esta muy bien.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dem SUPER KITCHEN Nudelholz! Es ist einfach ein tolles Werkzeug für jedes Backprojekt. Das einstellbare Design ermöglicht es mir, die Dicke des Teigs präzise anzupassen, was super praktisch ist, wenn man zum Beispiel Pizzateig, Plätzchen oder Teig für Tortenböden ausrollt. Das Edelstahlmaterial ist nicht nur sehr robust, sondern auch pflegeleicht – der Teig bleibt nicht haften und lässt sich nach dem Gebrauch leicht abwischen. Das Antihaft-Design funktioniert wirklich gut, sodass der Teig nicht am Nudelholz kleben bleibt, was das Ausrollen viel einfacher und sauberer macht. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass das Nudelholz gut in der Hand liegt. Es ist nicht zu schwer, aber auch nicht zu leicht, sodass man gut Druck ausüben kann, ohne zu viel Mühe aufzuwenden. Das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an, und das Nudelholz wird sicher lange halten. It's a little light (lighter than wood) because it's hollow (will it blend, I mean bend?), so for stubborn dough you have to press hard. The silicone rings are of good quality. Make sure to wipe with a clean/dry kitchen towel to avoid water strain marks (as you would wipe any stainless steel kitchen equipment for the same reason). Someone in the reviews complained about needing to store accessories with the pin - a ridiculous complaint. I'm using a standard jam jar to fit them all in with a lid slightly open (the rings are tough to wipe and may be moist so don't close the lid to avoid mold). I'm not a baker and the last pin I used was donkeys years ago and was made of wood. This thing with its adjustable rings is a level up. I've had success with it right away and can easily recommend this product (especially if/when on offer). If dough sticks, obviously use flour. I used these on a big silicone mat I bought on here (which definitely needs flour which works like magic to make the short sticky mat to be super non-sticky). One last thing, I was deciding between 35cm and 40cm and glad I got the 40cm! 35 will surely be too small especially if you attach the rings. A big pin you can probably deal with, but a small pin may be difficult to deal with.
