Better than original part that came with the vacuum. Original piece poorly designed which led to failure

This is an excellent adjustable wand that locks into my Miele flexible handle and the floor brush/head perfectly. Very sturdy and I cannot imagine how it could be improved in any way.

This worked for my Miele vacuum compact C2. The only problem is you can’t expand it all the way. The wand is wobbly. But it’s fine.

Perfect replacement part. Fits exactly. I use it to double length to vacuum up high without having to carry vacuum.

As other reviews have mentioned, this wand is solid, well constructed, and just as good as the original (as far I I can tell, didn't put it up to the test of time). However, I had to return it after trying to operate the lever/switch used to unlock and extend the wand. It's very cumbersome and hard to use. Wish the design of this switch was closer to the original Miele design.
