I switched to Carnivore diet a month ago. I was missing chocolate. For me, this is the perfect after dinner hot chocolate to hit my sweet tooth. I do one meal a day(dinner) then my hot chocolate. I’m not hungry until dinner the following day so for me it’s working great. I do 16oz water in mic for 1:30 and you must stir well for a few minutes to dissolve. I’d give it 4 stars when I mix it with a cold 16oz bottle of water. I don’t drink coffee but I’m sure that would be good.

This product is excellent for anyone at any age who wants to stay fit in a culture that promotes foods that are poisoning our bodies. I am not so much on a diet, but on a healthy lifestyle journey. Twice a day, I eat a reasonable amount of non-processed, whole, identifiable foods that I make myself. I do the best I can to eliminate sugar, rice, breads, and pastas from my diet. I don't drink anything but water. I exercise on my bike every day with high intensity interval training to vigorously work out my heart. And I try to fast on Wednesdays and Fridays. The problem is that when you work out, you can get really hungry. So fasting is not only a chore, but can leave you tired and without energy after a good workout. I do OMAD 2 days a week and 18:6 on other days. This has helped tremendously for my OMAD days. Exogenous ketones don't "promote ketosis" like they claim but they are effective as an appetite suppressant and help me get through those longer fasting periods. I only use supplements that include ketones for that reason.The flavor of this is great, I really like the lower salt content so it doesn't overpower everything else. There's a reason other brands add more salt, cause you really need more than is in this, but I prefer to just put a little Himalayan pink salt in my water throughout the day to get it. I prefer to put it in warm water so its like a cozy cup of hot chocolate in the morning, it helps motivate me to get out of bed.Overall I just look forward to drinking this in the morning and it helps me get through my fast, so it gets 5 stars.

These are always the most difficult reviews for me to write, because it's hard to know whether any perceived effects are real or the result of confirmation bias. What I can say is that this tastes fairly good, it mixes quite well, and it takes care of my thirst.

I was not a fan of this. But I don't think its the product, just me. I like my electrolyte mixes to be fruit flavored. Thought I would try something different. I am sure its all in my head but I didn't like it.

I have tried many different kinds of electrolytes. LMNT is my favorite as far as the chocolate, but this one closely compares, just doesn’t have as much sodium, so you don’t get the “salty” taste of LMNT. I have used this with heavy whipping cream, mixed in a frother, or it also tastes great in hot water.

I really enjoyed this! The taste was good, it was easy to dissolve and I definitely felt hydrated after drinking. In my opinion, you get quite a bit in the bag so is well worth it. It works as it says, I'd recommend!
