I have used this product since 2014 and would not be without it even though my use for hot flushes has diminished as the flushes have reduced. I always have a spray with me at all times. The spray is light, non sticky and has just a light, pleasant scent that does not interfere with perfume.If I managed to use the spray as a flush was starting, within a few moments the flush abated. Even if it was in full flow, the spray helped enormously to reduce the effects of the flush. In the early days, I swear this product saved my sanity (and that of those around me).Whilst I still use it for occasional flushes, I also find that the cooling effect is useful for anyone during hot weather. I have also used it to stop persistent leg cramps (it takes a minute or two to take effect, slightly longer that in takes on flushes), to help my back after Chiropractor treatment and even to reduce swelling and bruising should anyone knock a hand/arm/leg.Note: this is not a claim made by Physicool for the Cooling spray, I have just found out over time that I can use the spray for multiple uses.

Brilliant, love it, smells lovely.. its not only for those who are having hot flushes, in the hot weather it cools everyone down.. have bought them again this year for my friends.. Brilliant stuff.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and excellent product.

I purchased this for my Mum as a little gift that i thought she would like to try due to her being a woman of that age where night sweats come and go , and also in the day time too (her words not mine incase you think im rude). She told me that it's rubbish and just basically sprays you with a wet mist that kind of stays there , so you end up wet and still hot . Pointless . I could have just sprayed her with water and saved the money.

It's ok, smells ok but didn't really cool me down

This a must have product if like me you are in the menopause and hot flushes strike. A couple of sprays on the chest and neck and you will feel the cooling effect immediately. Its also a great thing to have if you don't cope with summer heat very well.

The smell can be a bit off putting but soon dissipates. This has been invaluable and soon cools me down so that I can get a good nights sleep. Definatly recommend this product.
