Stopped working after 3 months. It starts feeding and after the count of the first sometimes second dose the display screen lights up fully and feeding stops. Tried with and without power cord, and got same behavior. Very unhappy.

I have no idea why we didn’t think of this before. This is so simple and easy to program. We never miss a feeding. The cats love it. Because I can feed them even at night while I’m sleeping they don’t wake me up in the morning for food. It’s perfect.

Both the product and customer service were excellent! The original feeder had some issues, but Sue from Oneisall Support was incredibly helpful and quickly sent me a replacement. I’ve been using the WiFi feeder since and absolutely love it. It works perfectly for me!

Llegó bien y a tiempo, la porción que trae es bastante buena para gatos (1.5 cucharada aprox) y se puede ir ajustando dependiendo de que tan tragón sea el gato, el inconveniente que vería es que al principio es duro para ellos que solo te deje programar hasta 6 comidas, pero ya van por la semana 3 y los he visto menos estresados al llegar del trabajo ya comieron así que solo piden su porción extra de carne, ha sido un cambio positivo para ellos ya no se atascan como cuando les servía al llegar tan tarde del trabajo. I purchased this feeder in 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. It was very easy to program right out of the box. Setting the time and figuring out the correct amount of food and feedings was great. One feeding equals 1/8 Cup of food. Other feeders I've had have been a nightmare figuring this out! This feeder uses a large dial, rather than buttons which are tiny and difficult to use. If you accidentaly go past the number you want, you just turn it back to what you want. It made it really nice and very easy when I needed to reset the time for Daylight Savings, soon after I initially set it up! The screen and numbers are large, which is VERY nice for the eyes and because it is not exceptionally tall, I was able to set it up on a counter under some cabinets in my laundry room. Now I didn't have to sit on the floor to make program changes, which has been WONDERFUL. My cats had a bit of a learning curve with this feeder, since they had used a front feeding, dual feeder before. They had to adjust to picking an actual side, instead of being next to each other. Since they are littermates that has never been a problem, but I can see how this new arrangement would work well for kitties that don't share as well. It holds plenty of food in a compartment that is easy to see when a refill would be necessary. The stainless steel bowls remove easily for cleaning and because they are eating smaller portions more frequently, I'm having less cleanup around the house from them inhaling their food...Definite Plus! They both are healthier because they have lost some weight too, which was another reason I needed this feeder!
