Q: could a mouse chew through this?

I think not easily or quickly. Rodent teeth are capable of amazing feats! When I was trying to be a hamster parent, I was advised by someone more experienced NOT to use wire mesh for the enclosure, because given enough time they would chew through. Plexiglass was recommended & it did not get chewed. (The edges were not accessible to hamster - only the flat surfaces. I think the wire would be fine as a top cover. This is a pretty sturdy mesh.

Q: Will this stick to magnet ?

No. I just checked and a magnet will not stick to it.

Q: Can we use this in aquarium without hurting fish?

Depending on how how you intend to use it? I installed a piece in my small aquarium to block the baby fish from being siphoned into the filter intake. The screen is on the inside of the filter where the fish do not come in contact with the screen. Seems to work fine. The screen has discolored to brown from being in the tank water. The fish are doing well. It has been about a month.

Q: Can I use it as the airflow?

Of course, the mesh is quite good. Over time, it will get clogged with lint.You can use something to clean it, would be fine.
