QUITE A GOOD 8 OF OUT 10 WORKOUT.. a DVD REPLACEMENT for the VHS VERSION..
the DVD was in german... and actually the work out is not so good.. gradually put together a 100 moves workout myself..

no more of the namby pamby dance routines this dvd is a "lets get down to business" workout.ok, your probably thinking supermodel? she just wants to look good! think again!a scruffy ponytail and mens shorts! ok she does also have a body suit too but she is so natural!i used this 3x per week after having my 1st child and i saw results without changing my eating habits!2x 40 min workouts and a quick workout of 10 mins for when your rushed! this is all in the style of moderate circuit training which means you feel the burn! without tripping over your feet! plus you dont need an entire room to do it in! i 1st bought it on video and i just got it via amazon on dvd so it must be half decent!enjoy!

A no-nonsense classic, still one of the best around
I recently bought this on DVD having worked out to the VHS version 14 years ago.Having tried numerous others over the years all I can say about this one is WOW. Music is still classic, fab locations and in 45 minutes feel like I've worked out with a personal trainer for hours.Yes, as other reviewers said, they sometimes do the exercises a little fast and the neck rolls should be done more carefully.This has 3 workouts on one DVD so incredibly good value and it works all the muscles in your body you didn't know existed!Highly, highly recommended.

Great workout
Have tried it before and is a great workout the only I have is the language is in German which I am not, so not so good, but as I said Ive been doing this work out for years and is excellent.

Hard!
This DVD is not for unfit beginners, or people with little core strength. Get stronger and fitter first, then this will be your best friend. There are 2 workouts to do on alternate days, each @ 40 minutes, but be warned, the workouts are intense. The first few times, I couldn't sit down!

OK for toning but too serious
This is similar to her previous vid where it can be repetitive and a bit boring. It is effective though and you do know you've toned your muscles.This is purely toning and not cardiovascular.We could do without the touchy feely of the trainer though....hmmm
