Great value
NOW is solid, and this is a great value. Supplementation with Vitamin D3 generally seems to help stave off winter colds -- absolutely essential for cold, dark New England winters. Vitamin D3 is common enough that I tend to go with the best deal at any given time (going with one of my preferred manufacturers). However, these softgels are nice -- one small softgel, and you're good to go.

Capsules all stuck together
I opened the bottle this morning and it was a single mass of vitamin d capsules. I can scrape them off one by one, but I was not expecting this. I have never seen capsules stuck together like this. Very disappointed.

It does work but the dosage is high so you need to take one every 3 days, which is hard to manage without an alarm. I would recommend a smaller dose that could be taken daily for consistency. But yeah, you can feel the difference. The vitamin is legit.
