This was the best buy ever. Ever since moving to Washington state from California some 3 years ago, I have been having really bad emotional and digestive issues. About two years ago my doctor informed me of my vitamin D levels being low, about 30, which really isn’t they low. However my doc advised that I take vitamin D supplements. I only took 1000 UI and did some fake tanning. Unfortunately it didn’t work.About a year ago, my vitamin D levels dropped to a dangerous level of 8...yes 8, well 8.2 to be exact. The doctor then suggested I take 50,000 UI a week and prescribed me a a single pill with a weekly dosage. This too unfortunately only rose my vitamin D levels to 10 after almost a year.One of my really good friends recommended I take a daily 10,000 UI with vitamin K additive. So I found this supplement after days of research. I started taking this supplement at about August 2019, by October my levels went from 10 to 40. Holy cow... yes I said it 30 point increase in less than 2 months.This product is a must for those who have low vitamin D levels. My goal is to hit 80 then reduce my daily intake down to every other day. This product is legit. Thank you!

According to doctor-ordered lab work, my Vitamin D levels “over recovered” after taking this daily. My doctor advised I cut back so now I only take it Mondays - Wednesdays - Fridays. Excellent quality Vitamin D.

During my annual Physical for the past 2 years my vitamin D level was down to 27, after my exam last year I started taking Vitamin D Ultra 10k - 10,000 IU D3 High Potency after about 3 months I had new blood work drawn and my levels are up to 112! I am going to cut back to every other day and see how my levels balance out. Easy to take/swallow small pill.

I need 10K per my doctor for chronic low Vit D levels and this is the brand they sell in their office. Glad to get a better deal here. My numbers finally Went up when I switch to taking this with my dinner meal at night. My doctor said the patients have been reporting a rise in their levels when taking it with food at night instead of taking it earlier in the day or without a meal. Been ising this brand for years. These are very small capsules that are flavorless and easy to swallow. Rating 5 stars = Love It.

There have been quite a lot of stories lately about supplements and how many of them not only do not contain the supposed active ingredient, but contain ingredients not listed on the label and which are actually harmful. Now, I didn't take these in to the lab and test them, however, I have been using this supplement for six months and based on the results I have seen, it does actually contain Vitamin D, and a lot of it. If you have extremely low levels of Vitamin D, or have an illness which makes keeping your levels up difficult, I recommend this product.

Wow this works better than any vitamin D Supplement we've tried. For both my wife and I, our bloodwork shows our D levels at 32 and 33 on a scale of 30-100. After using this for several months, we got blood drawn again to confirm we were both up above 100 which is very healthy according to our hormone specialist. We rarely get sick with Vitamin D levels so high.

I tried many brands and IUs before Designs for Health and my Vit D levels were still dangerously low. This only took 3 weeks to bring them to where my doctor is happy. Much cheaper here than anywhere else, especially the doctor’s office. The pills are very small (and easy to swallow) but mighty.
