This product REALLY works. However, get your vitamin D levels checked more frequently when you are taking them!I took 5000 IUs daily of another brand (Nature Made) for 6 months and my vitamin D level only raised from 30 to 32 at my last physical (I took 2000 IUs for a long time prior to that). So I started on these and when I went in for my annual physical this year my level was too high, 124! My doctor did not advise me to get tested in between, so I’m putting out this warning to do it yourself. This product really will raise your D levels.

I like this version of D3. Now, I don’t know if it’s working, but it’s VERY easy to take. You just put one of the tiny pellets under your tongue and it melts. Very convenient and very easy. There is no having to worry if the pills are too big and it doesn’t upset your stomach like some vitamins can.

This is the first supplement that increased my vitamin D levels! I've tried so many others... Pellets are small, flavor is neutral. Definitely recommended
